Chapter 4
Ravens POV

I was wroking on my marching band steps when i heard Mr. Hudson yelling.
"What do you mean you are her cousins. She never told me about you comming!"
"Well sir, it was suposed to be a surprise visit. Could we talk to her for a bit." A tall man with blue hair asked.
"A freak like you talk to her. She is busy right now!" Hudson yelled at the two men.
"Freak...who are you calling a freak? Jus coz i was born different doesn't mean i am a freak. I mean what kind of rightousness is this! I mean you must have the carnival here for i don't see anyone playing instaments!" the man with blue hair yelled back at Hudson.
'He's going to get himself into trouble." I thought to my self while wondering who he was.
"Kami, shut up. I am sorry sir, he has had a bad day today. But is it ok to talk to Tauni for a bit." the other man with silver hair asked politly.
"You've got 5 minutes ok." Hudson pointed over to my group.
The two men thank him and started to walk over to us. The taller of the two had the silver hair. The shorter had blue. 
"Tauni, do you know them?" one of the girls to my left asked.
"No, i don't think i do." I shook my head a kept on praticing.
I thought i had all of my steps down. So i picked up my flag and began doing the movments. I tossed it in the air at the same time a gust of wind blew it behind me, so i couldn't catch it.
I heard someone behind me catch it. As i turned around he spun it in one hand and brought it to one side as if it were a weapon.
"Hey, look, it doesn't have a blade." the blue haired man with my flag laughed.
"Kami give it back to the girl who owns it." the silver haired man point to me.
"All right." the blue haired man turned around to hand it back to me, "here you go." he handed the flag back to me.
"Thank you." I smiled and turned around and smacked him on the side of the head.
The blue haired man grabbed the side of his head and looked back at me, "What the fuck was that for!" 
"Don't touch my stuff ever again." I smiled and walked away.

I felt a hand on my should and i thought it was the blue haired mans. I turned around to say  'What do you want' but it was the silver haird man.
"Are you Tauni Bradley?" he asked smiling softly.
"Y-y-Yes," I stuttered though i couldn't figure out why.
"My name is Kuja. Kuja Kyusho. I've come to take you away from earth to new adventures and new places." The man spoke strongly. I thought he was a speech writer.
"Kuja.......Zidane's brother...Kuja." I cocked my eyebrow up at him.
"No i am not Zidane's older brother, like in the game. I am Luna's older brother.... by 3 years." Kuja smiled again.
"Skid.........no way. Then take me on the ship now." I dropped my flag astonished.
"All right. Kami, take Raven to the ship."
"Right away." the man with the blue hair saluted, "Follow me,"

"This is the ship and your stuff will be brought to you after we get everyone else." Kami smiled.
"All right." I smiled while looking around, "Nice now where do...I..."I turned around and Kami was gone.
I began to walk down the hall. I was excited to know that it was real and the fact that i wanted to explore. The ship was made out of a silver...the whole ship, on the inside, was made of silver.....except the rooms and bath rooms. I was new to the concept that i was to be living here for a while. I heard that the whole ship is made up of three parts. The main deck is where we all sleep and eat and stuff like that. The top deck was forbidden so no one knows what is up there. The bottom deck was where the engine was.
"LAH GO AWAY" I heard from down the hall. So naturally i ran down to see what the problem was. 
I saw a man run out of a room. As i looked further there was a dagger in the door way. I walked in silently and saw a boy lying there. He looked dead, but he wasn't for i could see him breathing. His hair was blonde and tangled and looked like he just woke up from a bad dream. He looked as if his soul was ripped from him. 
That’s when I realized that he was looking at me. His left hand clenched tightly. I could see fear in his pale blue eyes. Then i saw his left hand move toward a table and he picked up a scalpel. With the scalpel in his left hand he began to swing it at me. I grabbed his wrist and twisted it so he would drop it. It worked, but he dropped two things. I saw the fear rise in his eyes and i knew he wanted to run away and hide. 
I bent down and picked up the figure on the ground. It was a little ceramic bear. It had a blood red bow and a Garnet necklace on. I turned it over and saw the engraving 'To Lu-Lu from Zane-Zane' in sloppy handwriting. I smiled and saw the boy reaching out to grab the object that i held. I handed it to him and as he grabbed it he quickly withdrew his hand.

"Impressive. Are you Raven?" the man who ran out asked.
"Thank you, Yes and who are you." i asked.
"My name is Blank. I am the doctor here on the ship. And i have been trying to treat my patient for the past two weeks." Blank pointed over the boy lying on the bed.
"What happened?" I asked while looking at the boy.
"He is mentally unstable and he can't speak. He knows not who he is." Blank stated.
"Do you know how he became insane?" 
"No not at all. We think it might be from the guys beating him up. Or when he tried to kill himself, I think, that’s when he became insane." Blank walked over to the boy and looked into his eyes. "Though i have noticed something. He does draw. He draws memories of his past. One amazes me. One is of a girl and a boy, sitting under a tree and by a waterfall. They were young and the girl is holding a miniature bear that was given to her. 'She never got to take it with her' it said on the back of the picture. Would you like to see it?" Blank asked as he reached into his desk.
"Why not." I smiled and took the picture from his hand. 
I took the picture from his hand a looked at it. The girl and boy looked about 5 years old. It didn't look like and thing I have ever seen.
"He also mutters words in his sleep at night, so I know he isn't mute, just wont answer to anything. I heard him sing something also, it went something like 'pray kamisama oshiete kono koi wa owari na no urekeshitta omoi de une o sasu no soshite mi no totteatta
kono ni hodoru naku naru' and I don't know what it means but some one sang somewhere in his past." Blank said again.
"What have you observed from this boy? Has he made any improvements?" I asked while looking into the boys’ eyes.
“No, not really. The only thing he responds to is a fist, as if someone wanting to hit him.” 
“Really…. Well…let’s try shock therapy. Drop him in water, might help.” I smiled as I walked over to Zidane. 
Zidane looked at me sleepily, he knew that I was going to do something to him, just not to hurt him.  He looked as if he wanted to tell something just he couldn’t speak. He didn’t know what to do. 
From the corner of my eye I saw something rise up. I turned around and saw a pencil floating in mid air.  I was surprised and looked over to Zidane. He was keeping eye contact with the pencil. That’s when I realized that he was telekinetic. 
I saw the pencil fly to his left hand. This was an awakening of a new power.  I had Blank get a paper for him. So he ran over got the paper and handed it to Zidane. Instead of drawing, he began to write. I looked over his shoulder and began to read. 
‘Raven, There are things on this ship you will learn to except. I have yet to learn. I am only a boy after all. My insanity is for everyone to realize that keeping a boy wounded for a long period of time will drive him to the point of knowing that his life is no longer respected. Could it be that after risking my life to save a whole planet is good enough reason to be respected? No, for I didn’t die. Now I must suffer the price of being the youngest and yet the hero of a whole race. What is left to live if my life has not been on of true living.’
“Zidane…Blank go get me a bowl of water, we are going to bring out of the state of insanity now!” I barked.
“Yes ma’am” Blank ran out of the room.
