The release date of Final Fantasy XII, Square's upcoming Final Fantasy title, has finally been announced. According to sources, Square-Enix finally updated their release date estimation from "Fall 2004-Spring 2005" to a much less vague "Spring 2005" release.

Final Fantasy VII: Dirge of Cerberus was released yesterday at the Tokyo Game Show. The Final Fantasy VII sequel features Vincent Valentine as the main character of the game, but other known characters from Final Fantasy VII will also make an appearrance.

A catalogue from the magazine, NTTDoCoMo, has announced that Before Crisis: Final Fantasy VII will be scheduled to release on September 24th and the monthly subscription will be at a price of 500 yen.
