KH: Birth By Sleep scores high in Famitsu
January 6, 2010
Kingdom Hearts: Birth By Sleep has fallen just shy of a perfect Famitsu Score, scoring an impressive 37 out of 40 in the latest issue of the Japanese gaming magazine.
Famitsu has four different staff members score the game out of 10, making for one overall score out of 40. Three scored Birth By Sleep with a 9, while one awarded it a perfect 10, making for 37 total.
The PSP spin-off is the latest in the series and is stated by series boss Tetsuya Nomura to be the true continuation while fans wait eagerly for a Kingdom Hearts III to arrive.
The highest score ever achieved by a Kingdom Hearts game in Famitsu was 39, scored by Kingdom Hearts II.
A score of 37 places Birth By Sleep above the first Kingdom Hearts game and 358/2 Days, which both scored 36. Second best in the series, then?
If that's left you desperate for the game you can
Import the Region Free version from Play Asia.
A Western release is yet to be announced.
