FF9 hitting Japanese PSN on May 20th
May 6, 2010
Resident Square Enix twitter addict Shinji Hashimoto has been tweeting about Final Fantasy IX on PSN again, this time confirming that the release date is now nailed down: It's coming on May 20th.
Hashimoto told fans in his tweet that he'd just been told by Sony that the date had been set for May 20th. He didn't mention a price, but FF7 and FF8's PSN releases both cost 1500 Yen - around 15 dollars.
Hashimoto later noted in a different tweet that an international release date would come later on and also posted a
short video
of the game running on a PSP.
