Square Enix Share early Final Fantasy XIII-2 Boxart
January 18, 2011
Square Enix Europe have pictured the first boxes for Final Fantasy XIII-2. While they're prototypes and marked clearly as "Not final art", these pieces of box art follow the Final Fantasy tradition in Europe of having the box art merely be the game's logo on a white background.
That tradition has only been broken a handful of times in Europe, most notably by Final Fantasy XIII. Final Fantasy VII, VIII, IX, X, XI, XII and XIV all sported that style of box, as did the GBA remakes of FF's I, II and IV-VI.
Final Fantasy XIII-2 was annouced today at a Square Enix Press Conference in Japan. You can find more information on the press conference and the game
right here on UFFSite
