With the recent launch of FINAL FANTASY XI pre-installed on the new PlayStation 2 internal Hard Disk Drive, we, in collaboration with Sony Computer Entertainment America, are offering you our visitor a chance to win a PS2 Hard Disk Drive pre-installed with FINAL FANTASY XI for free!

Developed by Square-Enix and published by Sony Computer Entertainment America, FINAL FANTASY XI is the new online-only title that comes exclusively on the internal Hard Disk Drive.

All you need to do to be eligible is to fill out the questionnaire below and submit the form. We'll draw the winner at random on a date in the distant future, and you'll know if you've won if you get an email from us!

Of course, as always, there are rules. First and foremost, you can only enter once. If we recieve more than one from your email address, your submission will become invalid. Also, you must fill out all of the fields below to be elligible. Please note that if your Playstation 2 does not support US games, you must use a Gameshark or Action Replay device to play this.
