Though Quistis relies on her Chain Whip as her primary source of short-range combat, she also has a much more versatile ability: Blue Magic! By gaining a certain item and giving it to her, Quistis can learn new ailities, like "Degenerator" (from the Black Hole item), "Acid" (from the Mystery Fluid item), and more. Before you can try this out, however, you need to get the items!
